Links may point visitors toward Hampshire County Sheriff’s Office contacts, West Virginia DCR custody tools, Potomac Highlands Regional Jail and Correctional Facility resources, and third-party research tools. Under W. Va. Code §29B-1-3, the appropriate public custodian, not this site, decides whether and how an official public-record request is answered.
